Profile	After a career in the military and the police service, I have taken early retirement to the Costa Blanca where I plan to develop my skills as a writer and as a watercolour painter. My strengths as a writer are, I believe, my imagination and my broad experience of life. I admire the work of Thomas Hardy in particular.
