Profile I live in a small village in North East England. I began writing at the age of 12, and although what was churned out then could be deemed a waste of a good tree, it was the first step on the road to writing. Influenced by such varied writers as Stephen King, Michael Connelly and Terry Pratchett, my writing does often take on a variety of guises. I also play guitar with the enthusiasm only the really bad can muster, and live by the Gospel according to Bruce Springsteen.
