Profile After working for 25 years as a professional journalist, I decided it was time to concentrate full time on my writing. Since 1993 I have published 13 non-fiction books including best selling biographies on Catherine Cookson (2), Sid James, Tony Hancock, Oliver Reed and Richard Harris. I am about to deliver a biography on Kenneth Williams. I have commissions for the next four years, including biographies of John Bindon and Lawrence Harvey and my first crime novel.
