Profile Derek R. King is an award-winning author and poet. He lives in Scotland, enjoys the great outdoors, long walks in the hills, the sounds of the sea. He began writing poetry in his teens and went on to write an award-winning nonfiction historical biography centred around Clyde Kennard and the American Civil Rights Movement and has several award-winning poetry collections. He also writes with award winning author Julie L Kusma and together they have several award-winning multi genre books.
