Profile I have been an IT manager, a complaint investigator and an architect. I have also been a musician, a machinist and a dustman. I was never terribly good at any of these things, though I was briefly a lift attendant and I think I did a passable job of that. I have written 637 technical documents, none of which has won a major award for fiction, which is perhaps just as well. I`ve just completed my second novel, while the first earns enough money to keep me in decent whiskey.
