Profile	I have always written but never published until this year. I wrote and published a book called "Paddy on the Côte d`Azur (A Diary of Sorts)" which is available on www.feedaread.com It`s a humorous account of what happens when bacon and cabbage meet bouillabaisse; when Guinness meets Petrus. The French on their home turf are something to behold and I try and explore this rich vein for humorous purposes.
