Profile	I grew up in Hartlepool county Cleveland, and at the age of 17 joined the British Army, serving as an Infantry soldier in my county regiment The Light Infantry. I served a total of twenty two years leaving the service in March 2002. Since I can remember I have always loved stories and have always wanted to write my own books. Whilst in the military I have served all over the world and have gained so much life experience, which is what inspired me to start writing.
