I`m a 37 year old home cook passionate about food, local ingredients and traditional british cuisine. Have recently finished writing a book, entitled Culinary Memories of a 70`s Child to make your mouth water, bringing back into the forefront some great british recipes including toad in the hole, sea pie, oxtail soup and treacle tart.

The book has 90 recipes and is filled with memories and anecdotes from the 70s, 80s and 90s.
