Profile	In 2004 I was a successful life coach when out of the blue at 39 I was diagnosed with a rare leukaemia. I told the Doctors, ‘You look after my physical health and I will take care of my mental health.’ I tested advanced slef help techniques under extreme conditions and emotional and financial hardships. My illness helped me create a practical and unique self-help book for anyone regardless of their illness or injury. As a non-writer I am eager for any advice and feedback.
