| The first competition I won was for a poem about a possessed scarecrow, I was Eight, and my work just got darker. Vampires & werewolves were always the main stable in this genre, but lately their presence has been diluted by television and romance novels, leaving them sexy, cute and admired rather than scary. So I`ve decided, in my work, to put new spins on these old favourites and try and create new nightmares to ensure light bills go up!
