Profile

Published his first collection in 1973 and was a full time teacher until 1998. He writes, reviews, lectures, and has held the posts of Visiting Poet at the University of Hertfordshire, and more recently Poet to the City of London. Together with poet Peter Scupham, he ran the Mandeville Press for many years, publishing a wide range of poets’ work.
