Hi all

I'm a director looking to adapt a short story into a short film and right now am open to anything you have that could work visually and in a less than 10 minutes short film format.

There's no money in it im afraid as ill be funding the project myself. You will be entitled to a percentage of any profits made but i have to warn you that it's very rare that short films make any money at all!

I'm looking for either your own stories (you'll get a credit, a copy on dvd and an invite to the cast & crew screening) or classic, out of copyright, stories that you might have read and could recommend as something to update and adapt (you'll get a big fat thank you in the credits that way)....... anyone got any ideas?

I'm looking for a 'pitch' at first. so, one or two paragraphs max
If it's something that i like the sound of, i'll ask for more...
It could be a fun experience so I hope it's of interest to some...
