1. Who dies? 2. What relationship is Voldemort to HP? 3. Roughly how does it end?

We have literally 1000’s of writers on Writewords. Persistent plotters all. Surely one of our number can second guess JK? So have a go. No prizes. We’re writers, we don’t expect to be rewarded.

My guess:

1. Ron Weasley dies to save Harry. (Greater love hath no man than this…). Thus opening up the way for Harry and Hermione to discover what we all already know.

2. Voldemort is Harry’s father’s brother. Killed his brother to get Harry’s Mum. Voldemort thinks Harry’s his son but in fact his mum was already pregnant by Harry’s dad. Some form of the Macbeth prophecy – ‘no man of woman born’ etc seals V’s final fate.

3. Harry and Hermione walk into the sunset vowing never to forget Ron or his sacrifice.

OK – so that’s a load of toffee. What do you think?

I bet that cunning minx JKR drifted the Star Wars plot parallels just to get pillocks like me to jump in with both feet. My special adviser tells me that the book is GREAT, absolutely thrilling and she is now desperate that she's finished it.

I wonder of the wanderkind will return. My money's on yes. So he probably won't.
