You know when we were doing guess the gender things? I wonder if anyone would be interested in a new version of it? I've read maybe two or three pieces of work recently where there are fight scenes, either very detailed or general, but taking up a lot of space. I've never tried to write a fight scene myself, well that's not strictly true, but I tend to muddle over it by saying something like 'when it was over, they did .. sobbing, I guess. Very girly of me perhaps? Anyway what if we wrote a paragraph describing a fight and figured out if it was written by a man or a woman. Oh dear, did I really say that? It's probably a rubbish idea, but I have to confess I try to skip fight scenes in people's work when I come across them. I haven't seen a fight scene written by a woman on this site yet, would it be very different or not?

I wrote one only the other day!

And yes, I guess it's different from those I've read recently on the site.

I put myself in it didn't I? I hate fight scenes, but having brought it up, I guess I'll have to contribute.
