Thanks guys. I'm on day ten now and stabilising a bit. Feel rather good today, just signed up to a gym. I think the key is to keep the ball rolling and point the new energy is a positive direction. And I'm doing Pilates from next week. I've written tons to be getting on with, so want to take a little 'breatehr' to generate some fresh ideas and focus on other areas of my life that have been slipping of late i.e financial, health, social and yes, the L word.

chocolate 1/7 (got to be realistic), overusing adverbs and adjectives 1/30, obsessively checking my email post box 1/1,(probably wouldn't even last that long)...
