Which is correct - to talk of someone's 'teenage sister' or her 'teenaged sister'? Googling the phrases reveals fairly equal distributions of both, on sites from both sides of the Atlantic. I notice the BBC tend to say 'teenage', though my guess had been that 'teenaged' was more 'correct'. Should I go with the Beeb (my usual model for all things grammar and spelling)?
I've started seeing 'teenaged' popping up more often, but 'teenage' is how i've always written and said it.
I think I missed the memo when it did the rounds.
