I've always been hopeless with headings in Microsoft Word. I don't know how I've done it but some of the headers in my document extend almost half way down the page and others are the required size. There's only a page number in the header. The footers are all the right size.

Its driving me bonkers! If anyone has any ideas I'd welcome them.

Try putting your curser within the header and then backspacing till it's the right size.

I tried that Dee, tried everything in the heading, but nothing! I've now cut and past into another document and everything seems ok.
