Will anyone be voting for this? I don't think I've read enough of them, but I loved 'The Owl Service' and 'Northern Lights.' 'The Curious Incident of The Dog In the Night Time' was good too.

I think "The Curious Incident" is utterly fantastic and should win everything by rights - but that's just my opinion!

Oh wow. Hadn't heard of it, but I will vote for Owl Service as the best book in the world, ever.

But just look at the list of nominees - it's impossible to choose. How can A Stranger at Green Knowe lose out, or The Little Grey Men? Oh well, I voted for The Owl Service.

Too true - I spent about an hour looking at the lists and gave up.
