Well, thats it. I've just entered 'Show Time' into the Fish very short story competition.

Now i get to spend the next month waiting to see if i'm shortlisted and, if i'm very very lucky, another month waiting for the results.

I can't believe i'm doing this to myself!!!

Still, i guess we all have to start somewhere...

Best of luck. I find the best thing is to get on with other things and try to forget when I send stuff out. Then, even if you don't win or are rejected, you've already moved on loads. Of course if you win...
