Well I got an entry in.

Mike Davis PI, as I felt I could tie up the storyiline for the episode, and tie in some of the earler info to make gags.

Only had two evenings on it, but a second rewrite added significantly more gags. Probably not polished enough, but you can't win the lottery if you don't buy a ticket.

Fingers crossed.

Has anyone got the Last Laugh pdf that I could scrounge? I wasn't eligible to enter the competition, but I had intended downloading the book- now that the competition has closed, it's gone from the BBC website. Ta in advance!

I couldn't download it - I had to view it online only. You could always write to them and ask for a book.
