Okay, I couldn't stand it any longer, I've posted mine. I attempted The Tunnel by Shaun Hutson - well I do read a lot of Stephen King! Uploaded to archives.

Rereading whilst posting I do see where it could have been "polished" but I don't suppose we are able to reuse the story for our own uses!

I liked your 'ending' and I hope you do well. You have included the original story by Marian Keyes which could have done with a bit of an edit. I found a few mistakes in her 'beginning'... I was surprised for one should expect the highest standard from the professionals... or am I wrong?

Anyway, yours is a neat 'ending'.
