BTW, to clarify, when I said I thought she had it in her to be intimidating, I didn't mean she was a sadist who would take pleasure in crushing and destroying the weak of will and short of confidence. I suppose what I really meant was that she sounds like a good old-fashioned strong character who knows her mind. I'm sure she is very careful of people's sensitivities, but I'm equally sure that she is capable of putting her case quite firmly if needed.

I was thinking, wouldn't it be handy if there was a section added to the WW directory called 'editorial services' - not expecting WWstaff to research them all, just so that they could accumulate information offered to them by WW members about particular organisations?

There must be many WW members who have used these services, or who want to??
