Hey, Emma, Emma! - I walked into Godalming Ottakar's this morning to spend my birthday book vouchers and found a copy of "The Mathematics of Love" - signed by the author!!! - in their New Books section! Actually, several copies. And I thought it wasn't out till July! More fool me.

So I have a signed copy! - and am even now poring over the signature to try and work out how tired you were when you did it and where it came in those million copies you signed recently! - looks pretty good to me, so it must have been an early one ...

Will look forward to reading it immensely.

Hey, Holly, thanks for letting me know. Not fool you at all, it isn't published till Monday, so they're breaking the embargo. I suppose I should be cross, but can't help enjoying it being out there. If the signature's at an angle it's one of the earlier ones, if it's fairly level it's later, as I had to change my pen grip!

Hope you enjoy it. I'll be interested to know what you think.

Wow, exciting, this build-up!- I just bought TMOL on Amazon and their suggested pairing is with Wicked! by Jilly Cooper, which made me laugh. Can't wait to get it..am ploughing through the Jung Chang mao which is fab, but not strictly speaking enjoyable.

Haven't bought my copy yet but I'm going to suggest it to my reading group as one of our next titles.
