Any wwers out there had any experience with Oxford University Press? Can't seem to find any guidelines for them. Any suggestions?

I had a nice rejection from them recently. They advised me to transfer my 'delightful observation' (ahh) to animals, pref unusual ones (gave example of 'Meercat Mail'. So there you go - hot tip!
