Sarah - thanks very much for the compliment. I'm pleased you enjoyed it. I make no great claims for it as 'art' - but it is supposed to be entertaining.
Sarah is an amazingly fast reader! Or seems to be when it comes to WW books. ;0

That semi colon and '0' was supposed to be one of theose cheery little emoticon things, but I forgot to hit return - the 0 should have been a ). I'm hopeless.
What a wonderful, rollocking, picaresque ride it is! I finished it yesterday. The writing is stunning and brought the word genius to mind on a number of occasions. Well done Jim. Can't wait for your next one!
Cor blimey Roger and Dee, thanks ever so much for a) buying the damn thing b)taking the trouble to read it (hope you stick it out Dee, and get your money's worth) c)taking the trouble to give feedback
Just finished reading it… bloody brilliant! … not entirely sure I understood it all… but loved the flamboyance, the lack of explanation… the downright fuck-it-all-rollicking-just-readandenjoythis angle.
Wonderful writing, Jim. You deserve all the accolades you get, and more.
