She is based in Bray, Ireland and I wondered had anyone any positive/ negative experiences?

I haven't worked with her, but I did receive a short but personal and encouraging rejection letter from her.
I also found it refreshing that she requests five single-spaced chapters.

Does it say anything in the WW Directory?

Ah, yes, I forgot that little matter. To be honest, I don't think in this case the directory says anything you couldn't have guessed.
