I'm sulking about Amazon, because TMOL went down overnight from around the 100,000 mark to around the 900,000. I know perfectly well that it's to do with other books on the system, not mine, but it doesn't feel like something to be proud of!

Emma, the lowest mine went (that I know of)was 1,300,000-ish, so it's rther like Fortune's Wheel.

Oh, good, that's cheearing. And I know enough about statistics to know it's totally irrelevant, really, because it's infinitely more to do with other sales than your own. It could even be that they got a couple of temps in to do the data entry for a few hundred thousand more titles over the weekend. I hug the provisional print-runs that were listed in my contract to me, and wait for July 3rd!
