Sorry, I couldn't resist it.

Did you watch BB last night? Oh.My.God.
Scrap what I said about Craig. the guy is mentally unbalanced, a real stalker in the making. And he's not helping the image of gay men one bit - just reinforcing a horrible stereotype that we're all pervs and obsessives...
Anyway, I've pulled up outside Colin's house now, and need two hands to steady the telescope. More later.

I don't get it. I walk out of the shower, go to the window and see some guy throwing up in his car. Weird...
Anyway, BB last night was one of the most cringe-making pieces of tv I've ever seen. All I could think of was "there goes my twenty quid". Craig will never win now. That was plain creepy, the way he kept telling him he loved him and wouldn't leave him alone in the diary room. Mind you, Johnny the fireman did something similar with Kate in BB5, so the gay-brigade can't take the blame for one psycho-bunny-boiler. He's nuts. Plain and simple.
I've had a look at the site, but there's no mention of what happened when Anthony sobered up. Big Brother should replay the highlights to him.
For all those not following Big Brother, maybe now is the time to tune in. This really, truly makes Fatal Attraction seem like a bit of a tiff.

Ugh, the endless pawing and i love you's made me squirm in my sofa. It's so awful it makes me feel itchy. Poor, sweet, simple Anthony. And bless Eugene for having a go at stopping Creepy Craig.
-
Ugh, you've been sick. Quick, take off all your clothes!

It was when Craig started kissing Anthony's puke spattered face I started having doubts about his mental health. I think he went slightly crazed at the sight of Ant in those GOD AWFUL yellow underpants.
I like the gay-brigade comment. Are they like the girl guides, only with better fashion sense and sharper come backs?
It was so bad I turned over and watched Newsnight, which I have to say was very interesting, but staying on topic (and loathe to start another WW battle of words) I'll just say that Craig really does need some help. The other's aren't providing that by all their tittering and sniping. if I was in there, I'd give him a hard slap and tell him to get a fuckin' grip.

Are you talking to me Colin?

I laughed at the way that, even though he was completely paralytic, Anthony managed to keep his hand over his misters at all times.

God, I am so slow. It took me ages to work that out. I think I best go for a lie down.
-
Now you're just outright flirting!
Myrtle, yes, but in much the same way a swimmer will try not to move in water when there's a shark around, one must protect themselves from social predators.

It's on E4 now. Not the most interesting post in the history of WW, but I just thought I'd mention it.

The Craig and Anthony thing reminds me of that classic bit in Withnail and I when Pie in the Sky actor takes a somewhat grim fancy to poor old Paul mcGann. Particularly the hilarious scene in the kitchen.
Craig should watch it and take note.
-
Ah, it was all cut and trimmed down.
Withnail and I is one of my all-time favourite all-time films of all time. It's Uncle Monty's bizarre inuendos when they visit him in his house that freak me. His comparisons between a rose and a "firm young carrot". One question about that film. I know that the "I" character's real name is Marwood, but it is never mentioned in the film, so how does anyone know?
Did you ever read Bruce Robinson's(writer/director of Withnail and I) novel. The Peculiar Memoirs of Thomas Pennman. Quite good. Great cover. My version just has the image of the boy's face and no text.

Yes, it is a terrific film. Was it edited because gays found it too offensive? Silly if that was the reason, I thought it was hilarious. It reminded me of my mate's uncle Larry and one ill fated night we spent in Launceston. Shudder.
I haven't heard of that book, no. I'll have to check it out!
