As anyone heard of, or had any dealings with this agency? They work from San Angelo, Texas. I just got an acceptance contract offer, but I'm staying clear as they want a $280, retainer while they appraoc publishers. The site can be found on the web. Any comments?

Check out the forum on ST Agency. Also check out the Preditors and Editors, and Writer Beware sites - almost certain Desert Rose will not be recommended in that they charge a fee.
