    It's DEAD easy to do it all yourself, so why pay someone else to get your ISBN numbers, for example?

    I did mine on Microsoft Publisher and found a really good printer and came out with a high quality, professional book with ISBN and bar code, which sold pretty well. Cost per book was £1.60ish and I sold them for £4.99.
