Can anybody tell me the list of magazines who publish 'twist in the tale genres'.

I've not heard of that as a genre before. Probably the best thing you can do is search http://www.duotrope.com/ where they list the requirements for each magazine, and you search by category, e.g. 'crime'.

I don't have a list but in Sophie King's "How to write short stories for Magazines" she prints a Twist in the Tale story that was published in Take a Break.

The Weekly News like tales with a twist, I've sold several stories to them.

Also Twisted Tongue magazine are looking for tales with a twist.
