Hi X, I agree with what others have said - but a glossary could be a really useful working tool for you yourself to use as you're writing, to help you build a sense of your world. As could maps, drawings character sketches and so on. So don't think of these as wasted effort by any means - just keep them out of the submission package!

That's true, Steerpike. It is a handy referance in case I, myself, need to remind myself of what I've established. =)
