Could anyone recommend a publisher that may be interested in Publishing my book which is about my experiences and new information on an illness? It would fall into the category of health related, real life experience and information on new treatments available.

There are so many Publishers, any that specialise in this particular area?

Since you know the contents of your book best, your best bet is to go into one of the large bookshops and look for similar books to yours on the shelves and note down the publishers' details - especially look for editors names in the acknowledgements so you know who to address the submission to.

You could try Jessica Kingsley. They seem to specialise in this sort of thing.
