So now I am looking for non-fiction (health/true story)publishers to send my work to, just incase they might be interested.

Could anyone point me to a list of publishers who would be interested in non-fiction, health, true story or general non-fiction work?

Is there a list I can find with publishers addresses?

Booky, you need a copy of The Writer's and Artist's Yearbook, or The Writer's handbook, which you can find in the library. Don't forget to cross-check with the websites of publishers you're interested in, as details can change. I rather think WAAYB can be found online, too, but I'm not sure about that.
