Sorry for the poor spelling of the title. I've been considering signing up for a course on the writers bearu (can never spell that word). I was just wondering if anyone ever used them before and if their training is any good. I know they look geninue, but I've been scared by these things before, so want to make sure they are legit before I go ahead and give them a try. So if anyone knows anything about them, please let me know.
Dwriter, they're entirely legit, though I don't have more direct experience of them. There's no course, however legit., though, which is right for everyone, so it's still worth finding out as much as possible. If you do a site search for them you should turn up more than one thread about it, because there are people on WW who've used them, or thought hard about it.
They are legit, but, I believe the course work is weighted towards writing non-fiction newspaper and magazine articles, rather than anything longer like novels. If you want something soley for novel writing then the OU courses maybe more applicable.
Yeah I heard that they are more directed towards journalism, however, I read from a couple of writers who had books published from their training. So maybe it's worth a shot. Thanks for the advice.
