Thank you to all who gave me advice and offered their services. I decided to go ahead a couple of weeks ago and am now waiting for the report.

After much thought, I decided to go with one of the services that the agent had recommended merely because I felt that this would make me more credible from her point of view.

I will let you know how I get on.
