I'm new to the site and really enjoying it.
I've just heard about a new publishing opportunity from HarperCollins. They are setting up a community website called Authonomy designed to discover and nurture new authors. The launch is to be early 2008. Apparently it's a way of getting your work online and read, and HarperCollins may pick up work they like for publication.
