are they a recommended publisher? I couldn't find them on predators and editors.

They are quite new but thoroughly legit and seem really innovative. Have you seen the new WW interview with Gary Davison, who is being published by them next year? He has also just joined the site so hopefully he will be able to give us an insight into what they're like to work with.
