My story, 'Death to the Switchblade Queen' is going to be published in an October issue of 'Thirteen' magazine, a new horror mag.

Thanks to everyone who helped me to polish and perfect the story! It's the first time I'll see my name in print, so I'm just a little bit excited here!

I hope so. Not bragging (well, maybe a little bit) but the editor said he was 'wowed' by the story, thought it was excellent and perfect for the mag! I'm going to see reader's reactions, and then submit some more. This will be my first published short story. I had a funny feeling about it when I wrote it, and yes, it is posted on WW.

After so much shit, and so many rejections, its great to knwo I'm getting somewhere! This month has been crazy, yes! Births, deaths, a book deal and now this! I am extremely grateful to WW becaue I feel my style has improved a million fold since signing up, so my success is also partly yours!
