I've just been asked to send my full MS to Apple Literary Agency www.appleliterayagency.co.uk and wondered if anyone out there has had any experiance with them?
many thanks

I haven't heard of them, and couldn't get much out of Google, except for a link to their site. Their site looks a little vague, and even though they say there's no reading fee, they seem to be advertising editorial services, which automatically sets off little alarm bells in my head. (That can get annoying, because the bells make it hard for me to hear the voices.)
But, if you can spare the postage to send the MS, can't hurt to try.
Good luck!
Paul.

Just what I was thinking. The editorial services offered also set off the alarm bells with me, hence the request here for information.
Thanks for your input

Don't know the name - did you get a specific agent's name?

Yes the mail came from Elizabeth Jones and that is the only name I can find associated with this agency. Ive done all the normal checks on the internet but can only find the one reference to them on the firstwriter website. I'll keep posting with any updates right up to any pint I'm asked for money!
I got the Bronte thing a year ago asking for money for editorial services then read lots of negative stuff and also Mocknick productions in the states who led me a dance then told me they charge a quartely fee to be represented!
But still we look! (just a little wiser these days!)

Nope, never heard of Elizabeth Jones...just keep your guard up, as you say...
Good luck!
