Jubs, even. Lol.
Well done JB. Getting author of the month is a very encouraging sign. Good luck with the interview.
Stupendous JB.
Hats off to you.

Fantastic news, JB - congratulations!
Congratulations! And well done for filling in the forms! They can be a drag but well worth it, as you never know what angle the media will pounce on for publicising your book.
In the press release for my book The Girls' Guide to Losing your L Plates - how to pass your driving test I actually dithered about whether to mention that I'd passed my own test at 40. As the book is aimed at a young-ish market I wondered if it might make people think I'd be writing in a rather formal style as opposed to being down wit da kidz, as it were.
Anyhow, we did mention it on press release, and boy, am I glad we did. It generate sooo much media coverage - I was on 25 local radio stations and Chris Evans on Radio 2, lots of local paper stuff - bonkers, you'd think I'd grown another head at 40 or something! (must admit I rather 'bigged up' my driving struggle, implying that I'd been trying non-stop since 17 and, um, maybe it wasn't *that* full-on!).
Publicity can be a weird thing though... I think Emma might have posted up the notes of a talk I gave at the Society of Authors on the site somewhere... forewarned is forearmed, when it comes to talking to journalists!
Thanks guys, and thanks Maria for the insight. I've trod a fine line in the interview. There's a lot more I could say, but I don't want to land anyone in trouble etc. Strange when asked about what influenced the novel - answer: nothing that great, to be honest!
