    Gaius - there may be no mystery to you, but there may very well be something to discover for your characters and indeed your readers.
    Why not choose the most unlikely scenario and/or characters to let your story unfold?

    Agreed, but until somebody actually pays me some money for all this stuff, I make the proviso that it should remain fun for me too!
