A Gala Event featuring all twenty Next Generation Poets
chaired by Poet Laureate and Chair of the Judges, Andrew Motion

For the first time all twenty Next Generation poets come together at one event. The Next Generation poets are all first published between 1994 - 2004 and were chosen for the excellence of their writing in June. They will each read from their work through-out the evening.

The Next Generation Poets are:

Paul Farley, Maurice Riordan, Leontia Flynn, Robin Robertson

Tobias Hill, Catherine Smith, Gwyneth Lewis, Jean Sprackland
