Our very own Site Expert and general all -round treasure, Jubbly, has her play based on Flash Fiction at this year's Edinburgh Festival. Morpheus Descending opens Aug 4th at the 5065 Cafedirect Lift at the Pleasance Courtyard, Edinburgh, at 9.20pm and runs for the duration of the festival. It has been described by Time Out as the most relaxing evening at the fringe where audience members are given blankets, eye masks, a cup of cocoa and read bedtime stories while they make themselves comfy on mattresses in the lift. And not content with that, she's also co-written another show up at Edinburgh, The Andy Warhol Syndrome, with and for Jenny Eclair, which again runs from Aug 4 for the whole Festival, at 7.10pm at the Pod Decco venue. So check the shows out if you're heading festival-wards! and good luck Jubbly!

I saw a preview of The Andy Warhol Syndrome on Monday, and can highly recommend it. It's a very dark comedy about the celeb culture, and Jenny Eclair is brilliant as the woman who goes from selling cauliflowers in Dewsbury market, to shopping at Harvey Nicks with Lorraine Kelly.

Way to go, Julie. You'll be a sensation!

All the best for the Festival, Julie. It's great to hear that the show will be coming to Manchester and Bolton. I'll get along to one of those dates. Where would I find ticket info? Or would it be pay on the door? Will you be up here yourself?
Regards,
Shay

Pity you can't move the show just a few more miles south and make Cheltenham ( Everyman)

Thanks for all the messages of support, I'm jsut back from a Press launchy thing and I drove so I'm sober, rats. I'll suggest the Exchange David and Waxy, let me know what theatres or community Arts centres there are in the Midlands and we'll try and book them for the tour. Mike I won't be there til the 27th but please do come and leave a message.
Lots of love
