Geoff Dyer's 'Out of Sheer Rage' - contains a number of wonderful rants by Dyer and is also possibly the best book ever written about D.H. Lawrence.

Some of Hunter S. Thompson's essays, diaries and letters are incredibly funny distillations of near psychotic anger.

There was a group called The Angry Young Men in the 60s, headed up by Stan Barstow's A Kind of Loving. Not sure how angry they really were, though, having never read any of them.

A Confederacy of Dunces by John Kennedy O'Toole is kind of written from a deep well of anger, tho it's not overtly angry all the time. Hell of a read anyway.
