Story competition rules state material must not be broadcast in any medium. I presume that refers to online publication. Where do we stand on work placed on here,is this a standard rule? Surely if it is uploaded to ww members it is still broadcast.Anyone know about this?

Well, there might be an argument that since WW is a pay community, and the uploaded stories are not publicly available, then that does not count as having been broadcast.

I think the usual feeling on WW is that Griff's right: it's only 'published' aka 'broadcast' if it's available to the Net at large. Posting it 'members only' on WW is more like circulating a few typescripts among your friends. so as long as you tick the right box, you should be fine.

Thanks. I've ticked the members only except for very early on. I suppose it depends how picky they want to be about it.I have googled it to make sure it does not pop up there.Is this a standard agreement post internet?
