Anyway, Encyclopaedia Britannica claims that PublishBritannica's bad reputation is damaging to their company and is suing them for trademark infringement.

Already, PB has changed its name to PublishBritannia - but not in the URL. But Britannia might also be problematic...

Thanks Aruna - most interesting. I am sure that the EB will win - as they should! But I wonder how long it will be before they rise again?

That was a lovely piece on Vanity Publishing and should be read by ALL writers.

By the way did anyone catch the religious reference where the Plaintiff's lawyers 'hope and pray'?
