Anyone got any feedback on Fish publishing? I submitted a piece to a competition of theirs and haven't heard a thing for months (apart from the automated "chink" of the "thank you very much from World Pay" email).

Anyone know anything about them at all?!

The competitions are pretty well-established and big and well-known, I think. Certainly anyone who wins is entitled to be very pleased with themselves. They have a big entry. Have you checked the relevant dates on the website - closing date, longlist announced, shortlist, result, etc? As I remember from entering last year, you won't hear anything between 'thank you for your entry' and an email telling you that the longlist's been posted. They run various comps, which will be at different stages of their cycle.

Don't know how big the publishing company is otherwise, though.

Hi there - if you click onto www.fishpublishing.com then you can see the state of play for all competitions. If you haven't heard from them though, then it usually means it hasn't got through.
