Well this is a brave day for me - I'm posting my first piece of writing to the site.

Some of you may know that I'm also a musician as well as ww webmaster, and together with writewords co-founder Anna Reynolds as librettist, have written a new opera which is going to be staged in Riverside Studios, Hammersmith and elsewhere in the UK this June and July. They've asked me to write a history of the origins of the opera, and I quite enjoyed doing that, but I though I'd upload it here to see what you experts have to say about the writing.
