I'm new to the site and after getting really good advice from EmmaD about MA writing courses, I've decided to upload a chapter of my crime story. It's been 'playing' in my head for a while as the antagonist of the story will not go away until (she feels) I've 'told' her story.

The protagonist, a Black female PI who is not into political correctness takes on the case, which takes her into the murky waters of racism.
